How to Shop Online
Choose the products you would like to buy, complete the order form and send it. After the order is confirmed, the products will be shipped to you by mail. If you prefer, you may make your order by phone (11) 5054 8878 or fax (11) 5054-8872, informing the code, color and size wanted, and the most convenient method of payment and type of shipping.
IS EURICO'S WEBSITE SAFE?
Yes. Our site has a safety system that cryptographs all information sent, preventing non-authorized persons from having access to them. Your personal information is used only by Eurico's employees that are responsible for you order, and is never disclosed to third parties.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
1. Credit Card in up to 6 installments without interest. To pay by credit card, provide the information requested at the moment of the purchase or through the link sent in the order confirmation e-mail. It may be paid by credit card in up to 6 installments of at least R$ 50.00 each (for the purpose of calculating the minimum value of each installment, it is considered only the value of the product, without shipping costs).
2. Payment in cash, with 5% discount - If you choose prepayment through deposit in bank account or bank payment slip, a 5% discount on the amount of the product is given. If you choose deposit in bank account, we will send you the deposit information in the order confirmation e-mail. In the bank payment slip option, you will be able to access it at the moment of the purchase, and will receive the link by e-mail as well. In both cases payment must be made within three business days. The 5% discount is calculated on the value of the product only (shipping costs not included).
HOW IS THE ORDER SENT?
After the payment is confirmed, your order is shipped within one to two business days. It is sent by mail, SEDEX (express shipping) or PAC (economic shipping). The shipping costs vary in accordance with the kind of shipping, destination and weight of the package. When making the order you will be able to view the shipping costs by selecting one of the shipping options; if you prefer the other option, click in "back" on the bottom of the page.
1. SEDEX (more expensive) - the order arrives within around 2 business day, from the shipping date.
2. PAC - Economic shipping (cheaper) - it takes 5 to 20 days for the order to arrive, from the shipping date.
3. E-SEDEX (available only to some postal code areas) - cheaper than Sedex, and it arrives within around 2 business day, from the shipping date.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We strive to fulfill the orders as soon as possible. If the products requested are available, we send them within one to two business days. In case of payment in cash (bank account deposit or bank payment slip), this term starts after the confirmation of the order.
After the order is sent, the delivery time of the post office must be observed. The delivery time of the post office for Sedex and E-Sedex is in average 48 hours, while for PAC is 5 to 20 days.
We further inform that the delivery time above may change depending on the volume of orders received per day, as well as on the volume of the delivery in the post office.
HOW CAN I BUY SHOES IF I AM NOT SURE WHICH IS MY SHOE SIZE?
There is a conversion table from centimeters to the size of the shoe. This table is not exact, as there are small variations in the patterns used by each manufacturer. Besides, it is a table that takes into account only the length of the foot - sometimes the size has to be bigger due to the width of the foot. However, the table can give you an approximate idea of your size. In order to use it, follow the instructions below:
1. Place a measuring tape perpendicular to a wall, with the "zero" leaning against it.
2. Step on the tape, leaning the heel against the wall.
3. Check the measure which your big toe reaches.
Measure your foot at the end of the day, when your feet are more swollen. Measure both feet and, in case of difference between them, use the greater measure.
WHAT IF THE SHOES DO NOT FIT?
After receiving your order, walk a little on a carpet to make sure that the size of the shoe is appropriate to your foot. This test must be done preferably at the end of the day, when your feet are more swollen. If the shoe is a little tight in the width and is made of leather or kid leather, it will certainly be comfortable after a few days. If it is a bit loose, it is possible that a foam insole will solve the problem. However, if the shoe does not definitely fit, you shall replace it for another pair (see below).
WHAT SHALL I DO IN CASE OF EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
If you are not happy with the product bought, you may exchange it for any other item available on the website, if meeting the following conditions:
- The product shall be returned to Eurico within 20 days after receiving.
- The product must not have been used and has to be with the bar code label affixed.
- The product must be accompanied by the completed return form, and a and a copy of the invoice.
- The shipping expenses regarding the return of the product to Eurico will be incurred by the client.
The shipping expenses for sending the product that replaces the product returned will be paid by Eurico (by PAC - Economic Shipping). This benefit is valid only in the first exchange.
We are not responsible for exchange of products that have already been used or for exchange after the 20-day-term.
